Identify leak in the employees' bathroom. Tech found that flapper kept getting g stuf due to handle being old, irroted, and Tech changed out and tested. All conditions good.
Service and availability are top notch! My first interaction with Remedy Rooter was with their scheduling dispatcher, Amber who was on top of my request for a slow drain repair ASAP. She remembered who I was every time I called back. My slow drain did eventually reveal itself to be a BROKeN drain line with a massive clog. Rafael, the tech that officially diagnosed the problem offered up multiple solutions. He ends up being able to fix it without tearing up my whole house and was done in one day.

Need to clear clogged toilet . Tech noticed there was something else wrong and after looking into the crawls space, tech noticed a section of the main 3 inch pipe needed repairs. Tech made repairs,restialled toilet and flushed to ensure good flow.
