Remedy rooter is the company my HOA used and recommended. Amber was always very effective in communicating and very friendly! I appreciated the sense of feeling like we were good friends and she would check in with me during the wait for the new water heater. Juan and Luciano were the technicians I worked with and they both were very informative, professional, and did an amazing job. After the water heater was installed I noticed the water wasnt getting hot I informed Juan and he was back here in 10 minutes and fixed it! I appreciate Juans great attitude and above and beyond service! I would recommend this company over and over again. Great to work with, effective communication, and very friendly! Thank you guys!
