This is regarding a work done by Jesus Garcia. The work I requested was a mere repair of the tub spout in my house. Jesus was sent to my house the following day, 07/09/24, to redo the work done by another technician the day before. Jesus was a very nice guy who was well trained and experienced. He arrived on the promised date right on schedule, was very respectful, professional, efficient and kind. Jesus did an excellent job of evaluating and repairing the problem. Luciano was quick and efficient. He explained everything very clearly so that I could understand what to expect and what was going on. He was clean and I had no worries about letting have free range of the house. When he got to my house, he called to let me know he had arrived instead of knocking because he knew I had a dog in the house. AND he tightened the toilet seat as a bonus because he noticed it needed a little TLC. It wasnt even on my radar. He was just supposed to replace a simple part. We had technician Jesus from Remedy Rooter come and fix issues with our showers. Jesus was very professional and managed to do the job done within the specified time. Thank you to Dan and his team at Remedy Rooter for swooping in and saving the day. Late in the day, our client called informing us a pipe broke and water was spouting into the alley. We called two plumbing companies, the first one was available to come out the next morning. The second company, Remedy Rooter, answered my call and connected me with the owner, Dan. Dan showed up to our units within the hour, assessed the situation, called my boss with an estimate (emailed his W9 right over) and the work was complete by early that same evening. We were planning to put our clients in a hotel for a few days. Thanks to Dan and Remedy Rooter, the pipe was fully repaired and water was restored for our clients. Luciano & Rick did an amazing job. Rick was super professional and efficient when he was dealing with a corroded valve he had to replace. Rick communicated effectively with Luciano in order to finish the job, as it became more of an involved task that spanned multiple days due to HOA rules and scheduling.
